Hello there, thanks for your query. Some more details would have made interpretation of your USG results much easier like the indication for your scan.
I like to mention two things here first.
1. The uterus in enlarged. Its difficult to comment if this is worrisome or not when I don't have measurements of uterus. But if you are a married woman and if you already have a child , you can expect a little bigger size of uterus which is not to be worried about.
And also as they have mentioned that the myometrium is homogeneous, I assume your uterus is OK.
2. Another thing worth mentioning is 'endometrium is thick and heterogeneous'. Again to comment on this I need to know your age, menstrual pattern or if any other gynaecological complaints and the endometrial thickness measurement. If you are having menstrual problems and if your endometrium is more than 14 mm I suggest you to get an endometrial biopsy done to see how your uterine lining is behaving.
3. The rest of the report says the ovaries are fine and no detectable problems.
Hope this helps. Take care.
